Some photos of how it was advertised. We knew it was a “doer upper” but looks much better in the Rightmove photos than it did when we arrived.
Nothing had been cleaned, the weeds were about 5 ft tall and there was still “remnants” of the puppy’s that were being raised in the utility room (About as diplomatic as I can put it)
Also still had a spare bath, front door and a motorbike back wheel in the house too
Gave the bike wheel to next door, nice bloke called Mark who is trying (quite successfully it seems) to get his mechanics business off the ground. That’s any work the car needs for an MOT sorted too 😂
Haven’t met the other neighbours yet as they haven’t moved in ( that one was up for sale the same time as ours was)
